Loam Moto is a motorcycle and e-moto maintenance tracker with a built-in GPS ride tracker for iOS and Android. This Connect IQ companion puts ride control on your wrist. WHAT IT DOES Start, pause, resume and stop your ride recording right from your fenix 5X or fenix 5X Plus - no need to pull out your phone. Live distance and moving time mirror the phone's cockpit in real time. Your phone does all the GPS recording and stores every ride; the watch is purely a remote control and readout. REQUIREMENTS - Loam Moto installed on your phone (iOS or Android), with a bike added to your garage - Garmin Connect Mobile installed and paired to your watch - Open Loam Moto on your phone at least once so the watch bridge can register HOW TO USE Launch the app from your watch's activity list. If the phone app hasn't been opened yet, or Garmin Connect Mobile isn't reachable, you'll see "Phone unavailable" - open Loam Moto on your phone once and the watch will connect. Once connected: - START/ENTER: start a ride, or toggle pause/resume while recording - BACK: exit when idle, or confirm stopping and saving the ride while recording - Distance and moving time update live from the phone WHY LOAM MOTO Loam Moto tracks motorcycle and e-moto maintenance by real hours and kilometres, not guesswork - chain and sprockets, brake pads and fluid, gearbox or engine oil, tyres and more, with manufacturer-cited intervals. The built-in GPS ride tracker feeds every ride's distance and moving time straight into your service clocks automatically. PRIVACY The watch never records GPS itself - it only sends start/pause/resume/stop commands to your phone and displays the distance and time the phone reports back.
