Physio 2 WF
· v1.1.0
About
Physio 2 WF displays the following information:
● UPPER LEFT CORNER
One of the below two features (selectable in 'Settings'):
* Oxygen Saturation (SpO2 / Pulse Ox). Selecting this option works only on watches with Pulse Ox available and programmatically accessible.
* Daily distance covered (in km or miles, depending on watch Settings).
The user can toggle between the above two by 'double gesture' (quick turn of the wrist twice).
NOTE: 'double gesture' doesn't reliably trigger the toggle on some Garmin devices, apparently due to a Garmin bug.
The user can also use the Settings to change the data in the Upper Left Corner.
● UPPER CENTER
Calories ('Resting' and 'Active') for the current day.
Note: for the Calories calculation to work, the user has to add gender, age, height and weight to his/her User Profile.
● UPPER RIGHT CORNER
Heart rate.
● ABOVE THE TIME DISPLAY
HR Zones: a bar of 5 cells, corresponding to the 5 HR Zones (colors: gray, blue, green, orange and red).
Option: Frequency of update of HR and HR Zones during Low Power Mode (during High Power Mode, update is every second).
● TIME DISPLAY
Options:
* 12 or 24 hour display.
* Leading 0
* Seconds display
● LEFT OF THE TIME DISPLAY
Notifications and Alerts indicator
● RIGHT OF THE TIME DISPLAY
Phone connectivity indicator. Appears if Bluetooth connection to the phone is available and disappears the connection is broken.
● BELOW THE TIME DISPLAY
'Move Motivator' - Move Bar or Move Message. These appear if the user is stationary for more than 1 hour. Move Bar width or Move Message font size increases progressively (every 15 minutes) until maximal size or until user starts walking.
After user walked a couple of minutes, the Move Bar / Move Message disappears.
Option: pulsating colors (Move Bar) or message (Move Message) during High Power Mode.
● BELOW THE 'MOVE MOTIVATOR'
Intensity minutes for the current day, of 'Moderate' and 'Vigorous' activity.
● ON THE SIDES
'Arc' displays of data values, together with their targets.
The target is represented by a gray arc, and the current value is represented by an arc having the current 'general color' of the watch face.
Left Arc:
* Daily count of steps. Target is set on the Garmin Connect phone app.
* Intensity minutes for the current week and their weekly target. Intensity minutes is calculated here as the number of Moderate minutes, plus twice the Vigorous minutes.
Right Arc:
* Daily count of floors climbed. Target is set on the Garmin Connect phone app.
* Calories ('Resting' and 'Active') burned during the current day.
Target for the daily Calories burned is set by the user in the Settings.
The user can select in the Settings which data to display in the Left and the Right Arcs.
In addition, the user can toggle the data presented in the Arcs by exiting the watch face and quickly coming back again ('exit-and-back').
● COLORS
17 colors can be used to set 4 different areas of the watch display.
