A: This is CIQ platform behavior. When watch‑face configuration structure changes, old configuration files will be discarded and replaced with factory defaults. We are adding new features frequently which changes the setting menu. Settings may reset after manual / auto update. This will be improved once features are stabilized. Q: Why is compass not shown? A: This watch face has no compass function. The icon only shows weather wind direction. The wind‑direction indicator is often mistaken for a compass. Q: Why cannot the font be larger? A: Data length varies for each field. Combined with multi‑language texts and different screen sizes across devices, larger fonts may cause overflow, overlapping or misalignment. Current font size is a balanced compromise for cross‑device compatibility. Q: Why cannot more data fields be added? A: Watch face runtime memory is limited by code and runtime resources. Device memory limits are roughly 80‑120 kB. Feature trade‑offs are required and unlimited data items cannot be supported.
