Run Cadence Colour Based Alerts

Data field to display your running cadence with a red, yellow or green background colour for ease. Greater than 175 = green. 165 - 174 = yellow. Less than 160 = red. I've found this useful when training to improve my cadence. It gives a quick and easy to see in a flash reference of what zone I'm in. v0.4 - Added configurable levels for cadence colour changes. The above will be used as default. v0.2 - After some testing out in the sun it was clear that the colours didn't work. So I've changed Yellow to Orange and text to black from white.
