Your day, over the horizon. Three activity arcs stack like a rainbow across the top of the watch and fill left to right as you close in on your goals. Every arc is yours to configure. Pick any data source for each of the three bands: - Steps (vs. your daily step goal) - Floors Climbed (vs. your floor goal) - Active Minutes (vs. your weekly intensity goal) - Calories - Battery - Body Battery And make it yours: each band's color is configurable from a 12-color palette (classic red/amber/blue rainbow out of the box), and an Arc Size setting picks thin, standard, or thick bands. The unfilled track dims to match your chosen color, so the full sweep of the rainbow is always visible. And when you blow past a goal, the arc keeps going - a second, lighter lap wraps over the first. Below the rainbow: day and date, a big clean digital clock (12h/24h follows your watch), seconds when you raise your wrist, and the three current values color-matched to their arcs. On AMOLED watches, always-on display shows a burn-in-safe dimmed time. Help me help you! Lighter on the battery, and a cleaner time. AM/PM is gone. You are wearing the watch, so you know which half of the day it is, and dropping it frees the crowded space beside the digits where it used to overlap the arcs. Seconds are now optional, and they always fit. Turn them off in settings if you prefer the time on its own. On a two-digit hour the time steps down one size, the same way it already does with thick arcs, so the seconds sit clear of the arcs instead of running into them. In 24 hour mode that means seconds work at every hour now. Under the hood the face caches its settings instead of re-reading them on every redraw, takes a single activity reading shared by all three arcs instead of one per arc, and no longer polls Body Battery more often than it actually changes. Nothing else looks different, it just does far less work each time the screen refreshes, which matters most while your wrist is raised and the face redraws every second. Settings changed on the watch still apply immediately.
