4/4/2023 - 3.1 Added body battery expected - eg if start of day, expect 100%, if middle of day, expect 50%. This is to understand how close you are to this.
eg if the body battery section, top left, reads B70 (80), then your body battery is 70%, and you have 80% left in the day (based on minutes from 6am to 10pm )
11/8/22 3.0b Changed body battery colour calculation start time to 6am (was 8am)

2.9c - Calculate diff in body battery using minutes not hours.
22 July 2022 - 2.9b - various colours for Body Battery based on how diff it is from percentage of day left. eg if 10%-20% less be red, if more than 20% less, red with light grey background. if 0-10 less, pink. if greater, white text on black background.
20 July 2022 - 2.8 Body Battery and Heart Rate added to main screen and looking slightly nicer with some colours eg if body battery less than percent of day left it will be red.
12 July - 2.6 Trying to add Body Battery

7 Feb 2022 - Fixed bug not working for Forerunner 235 etc (devices lower than 3.0.0). Added decimal places for current steps and Kms eg 0.6km walked.
