StopWatch Widget

IMPORTANT: there are some questions why the stopwatch milliseconds "jump" by a step of 20 and are not so "fluid" as in the past. The reason is battery consumption. This "jumping" allows for less screen updates and saves battery life. If you want to restore the old behavior, please go to the app settings and set the "Screen Refresh Rate" to "50". This will cause the "reset" of the stop watch to ask whether data should be stored to fit file or not This widget is also available as app to overcome the 1-minute-timeout of widgets taking the user back to the watch face.
