What's new
Version 2:
This is a major update!
I've added compatibility for many more devices and optimized the app to run more efficiently. It now works smoothly on lower-memory devices like the fēnix 6 and 6S.
If you’re using a device with more memory—such as a music version of a Forerunner—you’ll get the enhanced version of the app, where the tomato ("pomodoro") shrinks instead of the progress bar.
Let me know which version you prefer: the shrinking tomato or the progress bar!
Version 3:
Added compatibility for additional devices, including the fēnix 6X Pro Solar and 6X Pro. Check the "Compatible Devices" tab to see if your watch is supported.
Version 4:
Another major update!
A settings menu has been added where you can view how many Pomodoros you've completed that day. You can also switch the clock to a 24-hour format instead of the default 12-hour one. Pause and resume functionality has been added as well, giving you more control over your sessions. All devices now share a consistent look, and the progress bar now shrinks from the top instead of the side. This change reduces memory usage, which is especially helpful for devices like the Fenix 6S that have limited memory.
Version 5 and 6:
Fixed a couple of bugs that showed up in Version 4.
Version 7:
Fixed some bugs and updated the controls.
Version 8:
Fixed issue causing the timer to stop after a notification. Added compatibility for a couple more devices (Forerunner 955)
Version 9:
Fixed vibrations and added an exit menu. When the user presses the exit button, the app now asks if they’re sure they want to leave. This helps prevent accidental exits. I’ll improve the design soon — it’s just a prototype for now. If you find any bugs, please reach out to me at the email below.
Version 10:
I have fixed the app for all supported devices and resolved several major bugs. I also added support for additional devices.
Reminder: When exiting the app, please press the back button once and wait for the menu to appear, rather than pressing the button repeatedly.
Made the app compatible with Venu 4 and may add more smartwatches in the future (email me if you want your device to be added).
Version 11 and 12:
Fixed the app for Venu 4 devices (not sure if it works yet—send me an email if it doesn’t and I’ll try to fix it again).
