Fixes the second time zone being an hour off for half the year. The zone offsets were standard time only, so every city that moves its clocks - London, Paris, Berlin, Athens, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago, New York - read one hour behind through the summer. The offset now comes from the watch's own time zone data, daylight saving included. Reported by a user on New York time.
