Sonar is the waterfall display: HR history scrolls down the screen as a sonar trace, a bearing ring reads the wind, the depth readout is your altitude, and notifications ping as contacts. Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
