Tilt Level

About
Tilt Level turns your Garmin watch into a spirit level. It reads the built-in accelerometer and shows how far off level you are in degrees, live, and it buzzes the moment you are level so you can watch the shelf instead of the watch.
Take the watch off and lay it on the surface — that is what it is for. Put it on a shelf, a picture frame, a worktop, a trailer floor or a caravan step and read the angle straight off the screen.
WHAT YOU GET
- Live angle in degrees to one decimal place.
- A buzz when you come within 0.5 degrees of level, so you do not have to stare at the screen. It repeats at most once every 2 seconds.
- Colour that tells you at a glance: green under 1 degree, yellow from 1 to 3, red beyond 3.
- Two displays. The bubble view moves in both axes at once with the combined angle underneath. The bar view splits it into separate X and Y bars, each with its own reading, for levelling one axis at a time.
- Calibrate to any surface: press Start or tap to zero the reading where the watch is sitting now, confirmed by a longer buzz. Use it when your reference surface is not itself level.
- The backlight stays on while you work.
- No phone, no account, no internet, no ads.
CONTROLS
Start button or tap: calibrate — zero the level to the surface it is resting on.
Swipe, or the Up and Down buttons: switch between the bubble view and the bar view.
Back: exit.

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 5
- The angle now moves on watches where it was frozen (reported on the Forerunner 255). The app reads the accelerometer through Garmin's high-rate sensor API.
- The bubble glides to each new reading rather than stepping to it, so the display stays smooth.
