About

If you like my work and want to support future updates and new artistic watchfaces, feel free to buy me a coffee! Your support means the world: https://buymeacoffee.com/kruseco ---------------------------- Watch time rise, not just pass. AquaTime turns your watch face into a glass that fills with water over the course of every hour. At :00 it's empty. By :30 it's half full. By :59 it's nearly brimming — then, right on the hour, it drains in a fast, swirling rush and starts again from zero. The big digital time sits in the middle the whole time, and the moment the rising water reaches the numbers, they change color underwater — dry above the line, a different shade below it, updating pixel by pixel as the level climbs. A light wave ripples across the surface while your wrist is active, and every so often a single droplet falls from the top of the screen down into the water below. Right on the hour, the drain animation kicks in: a few seconds of water rushing and swirling away to the bottom before the next hour starts filling again. Every part of the look is yours to tune. Four water themes — Ocean Blue, Tropical Turquoise, Midnight Blue, and Arctic — set both the water's color and the shade the digits turn once submerged. Six dry-digit colors, from crisp white (best contrast against every theme) to black, green, orange, yellow, and pink. Five size steps for the numbers, from compact to edge-to-edge extreme. And if you'd rather see the water level move in coarser jumps than every single minute, set it to update every 5, 10, or 15 minutes instead. Battery is treated with real respect, not an afterthought: the ripple, droplet, and hourly drain only run while the screen is actively lit — the moment it goes back to sleep, AquaTime drops straight to a single efficient redraw a minute, no animation, no wasted cycles. Prefer even less motion? Turn animation off entirely and the water level still tracks the clock perfectly, just without the movement. On touchscreen models you can also opt in to trigger a one-off five-second ripple burst on demand with a touch-and-hold — off by default, so a long press still opens your normal controls menu unless you turn it on. FEATURES • Water level rises through the hour based on the real clock, minute by minute (or in coarser 5/10/15-minute steps, your choice) • Rippling wave surface and occasional falling droplets in active mode • A fast, swirling drain animation exactly on the hour • Digits change color the instant the water reaches them — dry above the line, a different shade below • 4 water color themes, 6 dry-digit colors, 5 size steps • Optional touch-and-hold to trigger a ripple burst on demand (touchscreen models only) • Careful battery/CPU budget: full animation only while the screen is actively lit, a single efficient redraw per minute the rest of the time • Wide compatibility across round-display Garmin watches — fēnix, Venu, Epix, MARQ, Descent, Forerunner, and Approach families AquaTime doesn't just show you the time. It fills up with it.
