Squat challenges! Track your progress and compete with friends. Default leaderboard can be changed from the global leaderboard to a private leaderboard group you share with friends. See who the leader is for the week, month, and year! Check your log to see your progress over time. Daily reminders can be configured to get your goal and streaks for continous goals met. Edit the group name either on the phone ConnectIQ app or on the watch. On the watch, to reset the group name more quickly on touch screen watches, tap on the group name. When the leaderboard is first opened, you have an opportunity to enter your initials or 3 letter callsign. Reminders can be configured to help remember to do your reps for the day and can be configured to continue until the daily goal is met. Streaks to help motivate you to keep hitting those goals! To use: 1. Open the widget or app and choose "Start Session!" 2. Do squats! Keep your arm in the same position through the squat. 3. Press the Start/Stop button * You can adjust the count +/- if the count is wrong by tapping/selecting the + or - buttons on the right and left of the total count. 4. Press the down arrow and then Start/Stop to save the session. 5. Open the Squat Log to review your totals for the week and suggested reps for the current day. 6. Press up/down from the review page to cycle through the last 7 days, last 52 weeks, and years. 7. Open the Leaderboard page and press up/down to cycle through the various leaderboard timeframes. 8. The Settings page allows configuration of the leaderboard to use, the initials to use, etc. * The leaderboard default is the "Global" leaderboard. If you wish to create your own leaderboard group, choose a name and enter this on the leaderboard setting either in the ConnectIQ app or on the watch app. Then share this name with your friends you want competing in the same group.
