The user can try out Steps 3 WF for two hours. During this time it is fully functional.
After the end of the trial period it is not usable any more, until the user enters the Activation key in the Settings of the app.

UPPER CHART: HEART RATE HISTORY
● Chart displays the last 30, 60, 90 or 120 HR samples (minutes). More recent data more to the right.
● Updated: every minute
● Color of HR values:
-- corresponds to the standard HR Zone colors: light gray, blue, green, orange and red.
-- in addition, dark gray corresponds to HR below Zone 1 and dark red to HR above Zone 5.
● Chart title: contains maximal and minimal value during the period

LOWER CHART: STEPS/DISTANCE/FLOORS-CLIMBED HISTORY
● Bar chart or line chart. The X-axis shows the days, the more recent days more to the right.
● Updated: every minute
● Target: the average of the daily targets for the last 7 days (plus today) shown as a dashed line (distance targets are calculated based on the step targets and on the step length).
● Chart title: contains maximal and minimal value during the period.
● The user can select the data to be displayed (steps vs. distance vs. floors) by 'double-gesture' with the wrist (turning the wrist twice). 'Double-gesture' max. duration is configurable in Settings.

'ARCS' on LEFT and RIGHT
● Left Arc: daily count of steps plus target
● Right Arc: daily count of floors climbed plus target
● The target value is represented by a dark gray arc, and the current value is represented by an arc having the current 'general color' of the watch face.
● The current value and the target are also shown as numbers on top of the arcs(target is above current value).
● Default targets can be modified using the Garmin Connect Mobile phone app.

ADDITIONAL INFO
● Oxygen Saturation (SpO2 / Pulse Ox) display works only on watches with Pulse Oximeter available, programmatically accessible and measurements enabled.
● Daily distance covered is in km or miles, depending on watch Settings.
● For the Calories calculation to work, gender, age, height and weight have to be added in User Profile.
