Please consider leaving a review or sending me feedback directly, it really helps the development! Pulse frames your heart rate like a clinical chart. A big, calm heart-rate number sits dead-centre with an ECG-style trace drawn beneath it — a decorative PQRST-shaped waveform, not a real reading — set on a true-black AMOLED screen so it glows and nothing else gets in its way. Around the rim runs an activity goal ring; up top a quiet status strip shows your battery, your phone connection and unread notifications; a letter-spaced date and a thin, near-white time keep the centre uncluttered. It is built to be glanced at, read in a second, and trusted. Everything around the heart rate is yours to set. The activity ring can track steps, active minutes, floors, calories or distance against your own goal. Three small ring-gauges along the bottom each pull from a core catalogue — heart rate, SpO2, stress, Body Battery, respiration, steps, floors, distance, active minutes, calories, temperature and a full live-weather suite of feels-like, humidity, precipitation, wind and UV index, plus elevation, pressure, battery, notifications and date, each drawn as its own crisp icon. The two flanks that frame the time reach wider still, adding a deep catalogue of Garmin health-data readouts and derived stats: resting heart rate, heart-rate zone, VO2 max for run and bike, recovery time, race predictions from 5K to marathon and — on newer watches — sleep score, plus active calories, ascent, descent, weekly intensity minutes, goal remainders for steps, floors and intensity, move bar, solar intensity, the day's high and low, dew point — and, from your location, sunrise and sunset. Theme the whole dial with one of six palettes and pick from eighteen accent colours per slot, or leave a slot on Auto and let the palette colour it for you. Temperature follows your Celsius or Fahrenheit setting, distance your kilometres or miles, the clock your 12 or 24-hour setting, and you can switch the time separator to suit your region. New: choose from three display styles — the ring swept to the very edge, a classic tick bezel, or Full Screen with no ring at all — and set how the unfilled ring track reads: subtle, visible, or tinted with the ring colour. The time, heart rate and every readout are set in a custom-baked typeface, smoothly anti-aliased for clean, exact letterforms. The always-on display is burn-in-safe by design: a dimmed, low-pixel render that shows just the time, or the time and date, or the time, date and battery — your choice. There are no ticking seconds, to spare your battery. Turn the ECG-style trace, the status strip or the notification cue off for an even quieter face. Or swap the ECG-style trace for a real history sparkline: heart rate, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox, temperature, pressure or elevation. The ECG-style trace now has its own colour, the date line can be switched off, and switching the trace off hides its reading too, letting the clock grow into the space. Disclaimer: the ECG line on this watch face is purely for aesthetic purposes only. This watch should not be treated as a medical device, and must not be used to treat or diagnose any conditions or diseases.

What's new

V1.4.0 - New Full Screen display style: switch the goal ring off and the whole face expands into its space. The ECG band can now show a real history sparkline instead: choose heart rate, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox, temperature, pressure or elevation. New goal ring track setting: keep the unfilled ring subtle, make it visible, or tint it with the ring colour. Bigger, clearer status icons and a tighter always-on layout. Sleep score now appears as a choice only on watches that support it. The ECG / sparkline now has its own colour setting. The date line can be turned off. Switching the ECG / sparkline off now hides its reading too, and the clock grows to use the space. Settings tidied: every complication is now in one Complications section. The goal ring now runs right to the edge of the screen. V1.3.1 - Small fix for 12-hour time. AM or PM now shows as a compact tag beside the time, so morning and evening read correctly at a glance. The time itself stays exactly where it was, centred; the tag simply sits to its right. V1.3.0 - Please note: this update needs TWO NEW PERMISSIONS, which you must accept when you update — your Garmin complication data (for sleep score, VO2 max, recovery time and race predictions) and your location (for sunrise and sunset). As always, nothing leaves your watch. A much wider choice for the two flank readouts, plus a live Garmin health-data feed. New complications you can now pick: resting heart rate, heart-rate zone, active calories (estimate), ascent, descent, weekly intensity minutes, goal remainders for steps, floors and intensity, move bar, solar intensity, high and low temperature, dew point, VO2 max, recovery time, race predictions, and sunrise and sunset — plus sleep score on supported devices (newer watches). Each new complication has its own crisp, anti-aliased icon, drawn on-device. V1.2.0 - Five new live-weather readouts you can drop into any ring-gauge or flank — Feels Like, Humidity, Precipitation, Wind and UV Index. Settings menus are now localised in more languages, including Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese and Korean. V1.1.1 - Fixed the weekday and month sometimes showing as blank boxes on watches set to certain languages (for example Chinese). Added two date settings: Date detail (day, weekday, or weekday plus month) and Weekday language (follow your watch, or always English). V1.1.0 - Refined always-on display: cleaner, uniform brightness, with optional battery and status indicators and a dedicated Always-On Display settings section. Localized dates: day and month names now follow your watch's language. Choose 12 or 24-hour time, or follow your watch's own setting. V1.0.1 - New Full Screen display style, on by default — the goal ring now sweeps the very edge of the screen and the whole face opens up to fill the glass, with the readouts, gauges and side values breathing outward into the space (a slim Classic rim style is one tap away in the settings if you prefer it). A cleaner face to glance at: the battery readout now sits centred on its own at the top, and the quiet status cues — do-not-disturb, your phone drifting out of range, an alarm set, unread messages — have moved down beside the date, where they read as part of the day. When your phone is away it now shows as a proper Bluetooth symbol instead of a word. The date is bigger and brighter. The battery icon now fills to its true level and changes colour as it runs down — calm when charged, amber as it wears, red when it wants the charger. On the always-on display the battery readout is larger and easier to read. And the date now shows in your own language. V1.0.0 - First release. A premium clinical-style heart-rate face for AMOLED: a big centre heart-rate readout over an ECG-style trace, an activity goal ring on the rim, three configurable metric ring-gauges, and temperature, UV and weather flanks framing a thin time. The time, heart rate and every readout are set in a smooth, custom-baked typefa
