Vitals is a health dashboard for your wrist — heart rate, stress, Body Battery, SpO2 and respiration, clean and facts-only. Four bars track your vital signs, by default Heart Rate, Stress, Respiration and SpO2. Each fills from the middle against a healthy-range band, so a glance tells you where you are versus where you should be. In range it stays calm; out of range it warms from amber to coral. A Body Battery trend sparkline runs through the centre, a battery gauge sits at six o'clock, and two readouts flank the date. No verdict words, no judgement — just the facts, clearly. Every slot is yours. The four bars, the centre sparkline and the arc take any core reading: heart rate, Body Battery, stress, SpO2, respiration, temperature, elevation, pressure or battery. The two readouts flanking the date open onto a much deeper catalogue. Activity: resting heart rate, heart-rate zone, steps and floors with their goal remainders, distance, active minutes, weekly intensity, move bar, ascent and descent, total and active calories. Weather: temperature, high and low, feels-like, humidity, precipitation, wind, UV index, dew point, elevation, pressure, solar intensity, sunrise and sunset. Health: VO2 max for run and bike, recovery time, race predictions, and on newer watches sleep score. Plus battery, notifications and date. Each is drawn as its own crisp on-device icon. Give each slot its own colour from 18 swatches, or leave it on Auto and theme the whole dial with one of six palettes — Aurora, Ember, Mono, Ocean, Sunset, Berry. Switch complication labels between words and crisp icons. Optional frame around the time. Burn-in-safe always-on display: choose which elements it shows, its size and its clock colour. The bars now reach the very edge of the display: pick subtle or thick, choose a standard or a big centred clock, and switch the date line off if you want less. Every number is set in a custom-baked typeface, smoothly anti-aliased for clean, exact letterforms — never clunky system fonts. Built true-black for AMOLED, fully procedural and crisp at every size. Honours your watch settings — Celsius or Fahrenheit, kilometres or miles, metres or feet, 12 or 24 hour — with settings menus localised in over a dozen languages. Press and hold any reading to open the full metric. Set the palette, clock, bar thickness, sparkline and status cues from the watch itself, or in the Garmin Connect IQ app.

V1.4.1 - The 3 gauges can now have custom goals set individually, and when ECG/Sparkline is off the clock gets larger to fill the gap better. Additionally when the flank complications are ALSO off the clock gets MUCH bigger! V1.4.0 - New Full Screen display style: switch the goal ring off and the whole face expands into its space. The ECG band can now show a real history sparkline instead: choose heart rate, Body Battery, stress, Pulse Ox, temperature, pressure or elevation. New goal ring track setting: keep the unfilled ring subtle, make it visible, or tint it with the ring colour. Bigger, clearer status icons and a tighter always-on layout. Sleep score now appears as a choice only on watches that support it. The ECG / sparkline now has its own colour setting. The date line can be turned off. Switching the ECG / sparkline off now hides its reading too, and the clock grows to use the space. Settings tidied: every complication is now in one Complications section. The goal ring now runs right to the edge of the screen. V1.3.3 - Typography polish: the clock digits and symbols are re-tuned so the colon and unit marks sit perfectly centred, and the launcher icon is sharper on every watch size.
