Ride Average Power Vs. Goal

About
Displays average power against a configurable goal average. Compliance against the goal is shown via the field's background colors:
//The threshold for the colors
//Below 10% RED
//Below 5% YELLOW
//Between -5% and 5% the field will be GREEN
//Above 5% BLUE
//Above 10% PURPLE
This has been tested on a real Edge 1000 and simulators for the others The title and value might be squished a bit.
What's new
As requested, I've added a bunch new devices to the list. Hopefully, they work. I have not changed the code.
