OsmoTrack REC

Control your DJI Osmo Action camera from your Garmin Edge activity screens. OsmoTrack REC is a data field you add to any ride screen. It connects to your Osmo automatically and lets you: • Record automatically, with two modes you choose in the app settings: – Thresholds: film on climbs, above a set speed, over a heart-rate or power threshold, on each lap, or at regular intervals — every trigger configurable. – Highlights (adaptive): captures the best moments of your ride — sprints, climbs and summits, hard efforts, technical sections — by learning what's normal for this ride. One sensitivity setting, no thresholds to tune. Ideal for an automatic best-of while sparing camera battery. • Tap the field to start/stop recording — a manual tap always takes priority over automation. • See the camera mode (Video, Photo, Timelapse…) and live recording state, with an on-screen timer and an AUTO badge. • Embed your GPS track into the video while you ride. Works on its own — it connects to your Osmo directly, no companion app required. Requires a touchscreen Edge (840 / 1040 / 1050) — tap-to-record needs a touchscreen. Battery and remaining time are shown on the camera itself (a Garmin BLE limitation prevents reading them here). Just add this field to a data screen and start your activity — it finds and connects to your Osmo automatically.
