About

Watch the time grow. On NARCISSUS, every digit of the clock is a living daffodil. A shoot pushes out of the ground at the foot of the number, the stem climbs with strap leaves unfurling at its base, and a long pointed bud rides the tip — swelling, then splitting its papery sheath and opening into six tepals around a golden trumpet, until the plant has become the digit. Then it rests, breathing gently, until the minute turns. When it does, the old flower dies back the way a real narcissus does — drying from green through straw to papery brown, its tip retracting toward the root, shedding leaves and petals that tumble away — while the new shoot grows up through it. Nothing jumps, nothing flips. The time changes the way a plant changes. Choose the garden you want to live in: five backgrounds, from a spring meadow at dusk to a misty woodland, a garden border, a still riverbank and dark stone pots. Then pick your variety: seven colourways from the classic Golden Trumpet through Paperwhite, Pheasant's Eye, Pink Charm, Tête-à-Tête and Ice Follies, plus a Garden mix where every digit is a different flower. Change any of it right on your wrist or from the Garmin Connect app. The date sits quietly up top, with battery and daily steps along the bottom and an optional small digital readout underneath — glance information, nothing more. NARCISSUS runs on both bright AMOLED and classic MIP Garmin watches. On always-on AMOLED displays it drops to a clean, dim, burn-in-safe skeleton of the stems, so it is kind to your screen and your battery. Features: - Every HH:MM digit is a daffodil — tapered stem, basal strap leaves, a papery spathe, six tepals and a golden corona - Flowers grow into their digit from the ground up: bud rides the tip, then opens - On a change the old plant withers green→straw→brown, sheds its leaves and petals, and the new one grows through it - 5 gardens: Spring Meadow, Woodland Drift, Garden Border, Riverbank, Stone Pots - 7 varieties: Golden Trumpet, Paperwhite, Pheasant's Eye, Pink Charm, Tête-à-Tête, Ice Follies, Garden (every digit different) - Leaves on/off, and an optional small digital time under the clock - Change everything on the watch (long-press → Customize) or in the Garmin Connect app - Battery % and daily steps, with the date in a clean custom typeface - Always-On (AOD) support with a dim, burn-in-safe layout on AMOLED - Localized date names in 36 languages - Works on AMOLED and MIP round Garmin watches — on MIP the garden is drawn as crisp line art so the time stays razor sharp - No accounts, no permissions, no data collection — just a watch face
