BacFighT6 Watch Face: Cellular Combat Driven by Your Heart and Steps Turn your daily health metrics into a microscopic battleground! BacFighT6 is a gamified cellular automata watch face simulating a war between Attackers (Red), Prey (Blue), and Defenders (Yellow). Your physical activity directly controls the simulation! HOW COMBAT WORKS The simulation progresses step-by-step in the background. Attackers (Red): Armed with active T6SS molecular spearguns, they aggressively fire toxins into neighboring cells to clear space. Prey (Blue): Peaceful cells that rapidly divide to colonize the arena but do not fight back. Defenders (Yellow): Your personal cellular champions. They form a protective barrier, replicate to block Attackers, and launch fierce retaliatory strikes when hit! Death & Lysis: If a cell absorbs too much toxin, it dies and turns into a dark husk, or its membrane bursts and it dissolves. Hourly Snapshot: At the top of every hour, the board resets and pauses at "Step 0" for one minute. GAMIFIED ACTIVITY MECHANICS Your movement, HR, and environment drive the battle: Growth, Resistance & Energy: Defenders divide faster if you beat your step target. Stop moving, and they stop dividing! Meanwhile, Prey cells gain massive structural resistance from your steps, but their replication slows to a crawl if your Body Battery is drained! Retaliation & Precision: High HR makes Defenders fiercely retaliate, while Attackers lose firing precision! Friendly Fire & Stress: Defenders occasionally misfire. If your Stress Level is high, they misfire up to 4x more often! Friendly hits deal zero damage but trigger harmless retaliation brawls that intensify with your HR! Sunlight Toxicity: UV rays act as an environmental hazard causing random cell death (Configurable target & intensity). TACTICAL HUD & DYNAMIC CORNERS The 4 angled sides of the hexagonal arena act as a highly customizable tactical HUD. Assign any of these metrics to any corner (or hide them): - Body Battery & Stress Level (Cached for zero battery impact) - Battery Level (with Low Warning flash) - Solar Intensity - Daily Steps, Active Intensity Minutes, and Floors Climbed Goals - Recovery Time (last 24h) All bars feature fully custom colors and seamlessly pull your dynamically synced goals from Garmin Connect (which you can override). An optional Elevation readout sits perfectly centered below the date. Overlay Toggle: Display real-time Battle Statistics (Kills/Deaths), live Sensor Values, or Both, superimposed on the main arena. OPTIMIZATIONS & STATE SAVING Designed for extreme battery efficiency on both MIP and AMOLED screens: Smart Math: Dynamically skips geometry calculations for empty space, instantly bypassing math on every single screen refresh. Persistent State: Using advanced bitwise compression, the entire 300-cell grid is saved to disk using less than 3 KB of storage! Native Sleep Integration: The simulation automatically suspends when your watch enters Sleep or Do Not Disturb mode, saving progress and conserving battery overnight. AMOLED Mode: In low-power sleep mode, cells elegantly render as hollow, thinned outlines to protect against screen burn-in. CUSTOMIZATION (ON-DEVICE & APP) Customize your watch face directly on your wrist via the on-device menu, or through the Connect IQ app! - Fonts & Styles: Choose between Thin, Thick, or Filled cells. Multiple clock sizes. - Arena & Populations: Expand grid radius and starting population percentages. - Toggles: Seconds, HR, steps, and a Top-Bar for phone connectivity/DND/notifications.
