WOD Timer - AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and For Time
· v1.0.0
About
WOD Timer puts the four timers a functional-fitness session actually needs on
one dial, and records the whole thing as a real Garmin activity.
MODES
AMRAP — Set a time cap and count rounds. Tap the screen or press Lap to log
each round; the ring shows how much of the cap is left.
EMOM — Set your interval and round count. The watch vibrates and flashes at
the top of every interval, so you never have to look down to know when to go.
TABATA — Set work, rest, and rounds. Work and rest each get their own color
and phase badge, with a vibration cue at every switch.
FOR TIME — Race the clock, with or without a cap. Set the cap to OFF and it
counts up until you finish. Log rounds as you go.
DURING A WORKOUT
A progress ring tracks the interval or the cap. The countdown sits in the
middle at a size you can read mid-burpee. Press Start to pause and get a
Resume/Finish menu. Everything is reachable by physical buttons or by touch,
whichever your watch has.
AFTER
A summary screen shows the numbers that matter for the mode you ran — rounds,
total time, work/rest, average split. The session is saved to Garmin Connect
as a strength training activity, with a lap for every round you logged, so it
lands in your training history alongside everything else.
No phone required, no account, no setup. Pick a mode, set your numbers, go.
