Download Day is the day rendered as a transfer queue: every goal is a job in progress with its own percent bar, live rate and an honest ETA, including the projected clock time today's step goal actually lands. A big clock sits over a date/complete header and an accent seconds rail; below them a ruled JOB / RATE / % / ETA column head and up to five domain-coloured rows (activity orange, body green, environment blue, system purple). Settings let you recolor the accent, toggle wrist-raise seconds, and switch Clean, Standard, or Dense layouts — changes apply instantly, no restart needed.
