About

Designed for real life Not just for when you train Created for the moments that truly matter: • at the office • on recovery days • when you want to understand how you feel, without unnecessary numbers. A new way to read your state Designed to inform. Built to last. RecoveryFace shows only what matters, with maximum clarity: essential data, presented in a way that is immediate, readable, and discreet. The trend that tells you how you feel A continuous, up-to-date view of the last 7 intervals (~100 minutes). A clean line shows the real-time evolution of Mood and Recovery. Not a history log: a precise snapshot of how you felt, just recently. Body Battery brought to life An indicator animated by fluid, efficient, minimal particles. They move like a breath, naturally communicating energy and rhythm. Optimized environmental data • dynamic weather icon (day/night/precipitation) • dedicated temperature arc • always-readable fatigue bar Every element is designed to inform without overloading the display. Body Battery (BB) This is the standard Garmin value: it measures how much energy you have available right now. It goes up when you recover (rest, relaxation) and goes down when you get tired (stress, movement, lack of sleep). Fatigue (TR) On the watch face it’s represented by the side bar. It’s a simple and immediate indicator of how “loaded” you feel: Low - good readiness, clear mind Medium - slight fatigue High - accumulated tiredness It’s not related to sport but to the general state of the nervous system. Mood This value represents how you feel internally at this moment. It’s not based on calories, steps or sport: it only looks at the quality of your internal signals (stress, calm, physiological stability). Recovery This is the more “physical” counterpart: it indicates how recovered, calm and balanced your body is from a physiological point of view. Why are Mood and Recovery often close? If you are: - calm - not too tired - without sudden stress - not recovering from a heavy workout ...the two values tend to overlap, so in the chart they may appear on top of each other. They separate when something happens to the body: - acute stress / tension - poor sleep - slow recovery - caffeine, alcohol - heavy digestion - mental overload In these cases Mood reacts faster, Recovery more slowly - and that’s when the curves “split”. Advanced performance This watch face integrates professional-grade optimizations: • sensor updates distributed over time • label caching to reduce redraws • minimal AOD with micro-pixel shift anti burn-in • optimized calculations and graphics for minimal CPU load Designed for AMOLED True blacks. Crisp typography. A stable, elegant, clear layout in every condition. A premium watch face that consumes like a minimal one. Enjoying Recovery Pro Dashboard? Leaving a review helps tremendously.
