Cycling Nutrition Tracker

Cycling Nutrition Tracker is an interactive touch data field for Garmin Edge 840/840 Solar, Edge 850, Edge 1030, Edge 1040/1040 Solar and Edge 1050. Add the data field to its own one-field activity page for the full touch interface. Tap one of four carbohydrate buttons to log a serving. Bottle and Other Fluid controls log fluid intake separately. Features: • Large carbohydrate and fluid totals for the latest 60 minutes of active Garmin timer time. During the first hour the value equals the intake so far; afterwards the window rolls continuously. • Four independently configurable presets per carb button: 16 carbohydrate presets in total. • Four Bottle profiles with individual labels, 2/3/4 portions and ml per tap, plus four independent Other Fluid profiles. • Targets, balance, next reminder, last carbs and last fluid intake on the Live page. • Carb Target, Fluid Target and Reminder can be changed during a ride through HISTORY → PLAN. Product and fluid presets remain locked after the first intake. • FUEL NOW reminder stays visible until tapped. • Scrollable hourly History, protected Reset, Delete, Undo and Redo. • High-contrast day/night display. • Carbs, fluids, rolling values and four carb slots are written to the FIT activity and shown as developer charts in Garmin Connect after saving and syncing. All settings can be changed in the Connect IQ mobile app, Garmin Connect or Garmin Express. Data is stored locally; there are no developer-operated servers, advertising or analytics. Version 1.4.2 - Carb Target, Fluid Target and Reminder can now be changed during a ride through HISTORY → PLAN. - New target values update Target and Balance immediately without changing previously logged intake or totals. - Product, Bottle and Other Fluid presets remain locked after the first entry so recorded values keep their original meaning. - Fixes the black data screen with the centered Connect IQ symbol reported on Edge 850 and Edge 1050. - Settings, saved state and Garmin Connect FIT-field initialization are fault tolerant.
