Eighteen concentric rings hold local time in binary. Hours occupy the outer group, minutes the middle and seconds the center. Count outward within each group with weights 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32; add the bright rings. Unlit guides can be hidden. Choose Original, Phosphor, Amber or Monochrome.
