Parkrun Barcode Data Field

Display your parkrun barcode during activities - no need to stop your watch! Show your parkrun barcode as a QR code directly on your Garmin watch, without having to end or exit your activity. Perfect for scanning at the finish line while your run keeps recording. Install this data field from the Connect IQ Store 2. Set your parkrun ID in the Garmin Connect app: - Go to the data field settings - Enter your parkrun athlete ID (e.g., A1234567) 3. Add a data field screen to your activity: - On your watch, go to the activity (e.g., "Run") - Edit the data screens - Add a new screen with a single data field layout - Select this QR Code data field Important: Use single field layout only - The QR code must be displayed full-screen to be large enough for reliable scanning. Multi-field layouts will make the code too small. Usage: During your parkrun, when you reach the finish funnel: 1. Pause or stop your activity 2. Press the back/lap button to access your data screens 3. Scroll to the QR code screen Volunteers can scan directly from your watch while your activity stays recorded!
