Best used as a full screen/single Data Field layout, but can be used with screeens with multiple Data fields. Features: • Settings to adjust your daily Morpheus Heart Rate Zones • Heart Rate gauge showing zones based on Morpheus values • Current heart rate in color corresponding to the zone • Allows showing percent of time spent in each zone • Optional vibrate and tone on enter/exit zone 2 • Optional vibrate and tone with "Zone 2 Goal!" message with Zone 2 timer reaches your Zone 2 goal • Optional activity alert on Zone 2 Goal • Garmin Connect activity includes Morpheus specific activity stats and charts Single Field layout information displayed is: • Heart Rate gauge showing Morpheus Zones. • Max Heart Rate indicator in thin dark grey line • Current Heart Rate in color matching current zone • Zone 2 target time progress bar when goal is configured • Zone 2 counter displays minutes and seconds your Heart Rate has been in Zone 2. • Optional display of percentage of time in each zone on watches. Always displayed on Edge devices Multiple Field Layout information displayed is: • Current Heart Rate in color matching current zone • Based on field size the Zone 2 training time counter will be displayed Pre workout configuration: Before your workout record your current Morpheus heart rate zones. Next open the Garmin IQ app on your phone or Garmin Express on the computer. Update the Data Field Settings to match your current heart rate zones and update any other desired configuration. Settings: · Recovery zone min - Low value of your Recovery Zone from Morpheus · Recover zone max - High value of your Recovery Zone from Morpheus · Overload zone min - Low value of your Overload Zone from Morpheus · Overload zone max - High value of your Overload Zone from Morpheus · Vibrate on enter/exit zone 2 - Enable or disable the vibrating of the device when you enter or exit the Zone 2 heart rate range. · Tone on enter/exit zone 2 - Enable or disable the vibrating of the device when you enter or exit the Zone 2 heart rate range. · Zone 2 time goal in minutes - Your goal for desired number of minutes to train in Zone 2. Once that time is reached the device will vibrate and display a message. Enter a value of 0 if you do not have a goal. Entering a goal of 0 will also disable the progress bar and only Zone 2 time will be displayed. · Zone 2 Color - Desired color for Zone 2 · Conditioning Color - Desired Color for Conditioning · Display time in each zone - When in full screen mode show percent and time spent in each zone Conditioning and Zone 2 ranges are calculated based on settings entered. The data available is: Stats: Time in Recovery, Zone 2 Conditioning and Overload zones. Note that the time in Recovery zone does not include the Zone 2 time. Charts: A chart displays which zone you were in for any given moment in time.
