Atom Fast Dosimeter Application

!! WARNING !! A suspicious system crash was caught on Vivoactive4. I tried to fix it in version 0.2.3, but it looks like this crash is a Garmin System bug. The bug is reported. Ticket number: WERETECH-10085 This application is created to show and track "Atom Fast" dosimeter measuring data. This application can write tracks. All tracks are stored into the "Garmin Connect".
