Data field specifically targeted at improving the guided run workout experience when running with power. - If you like my app, please buy me a coffee https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=MWMYT8BN7EWKE - Setup: See "What’s New" for setup details - - *POWER DISPLAY* -Current Power: Shown in large text at the top of the screen. -Lap/Step Power: Displayed in the first row of the configurable mid-section. -Current Power / Lap Power positions can be swapped (via ConnectIQ app). -Power units can be set to Watts, % of FTP (whole number or decimal), or W/Kg. - *POWER GAUGES (During Workouts)* -Top Gauge: Shows Current Power status. -Mid Gauge: Shows Lap/Step Power status. -Current Power / Lap Power gauge positions can be swapped (via ConnectIQ app). -Optional Coloured Background: Visually highlights power zone status. - *ALERTS (During Workouts)* -Power Zone Alerts: Optional vibration and/or tone when power is: - - Below Target: 3 vibrations - - - - Above Target: 2 vibrations - - - - In Target: 1 short vibration - - -Alerts are delayed (default 5 seconds) to avoid false triggers when fluctuating near zone boundaries. -Next Step Alert: Pop-up with step details appears 30 seconds before the next step (configurable), with optional vibration and/or tone. -Countdown Alert: 4-second countdown before the next step, with optional vibration. - *LAP/STEP TRANSITIONS* -Last Lap Summary: Shown at the start of a new Lap/Step. Display duration is configurable. Mid gauge area turns grey to indicate that the summary is displayed. -Lap/Step Averaging Delay: Allows pace and heart rate to stabilize before averaging. Delay duration is configurable. - *DATA FIELDS (Mid Layout)* -Large Text: Data fields use large fonts for better visibility (note: data field types are shown before starting or when paused). -Configurable Layout: Customisable fields for Workout and Free Run modes. Large selection of standard fields available. -Stacked Fields: Show current and lap values in a single field for Pace, Run Effectiveness, Heart Rate, and Cadence (bottom 2 fields only). - *DETAILED STEP DESCRIPTIONS (During Workouts)* -Available in the bottom 2 fields of the mid layout. -Previous, Current, or Next Step can be selected for display. -The description will use the Step Power Target mid point. What's new

Setup: *STRYD POWER* - See www.stryd.com for more info (pbRUN recommends Stryd, although is not affiliated). - Add the Stryd pod to your watch as an ant+ power meter (when searching in "Sensors & Accessories" it will show up as 'PWR - [ant_ID_number]'). Make sure it's NOT connected via Bluetooth (i.e. FP-STRYD and/or PWR-STRYD should NOT be connected). - If using Stryd Duo only connect 'PWR' and 'FP', or 'PWR' and 'RD'. Connecting 'PWR', 'FP', and 'RD' may result in the 'PWR' connection dropping out. - In the watch run activity profile settings, turn 'Running Power' to 'Off'. - In pbRUN settings, toggle ***USE STRYD POWER*** to ON. - Install the 'Stryd Zones' data field for Stryd ecosystem support, add as a sub field on one of your data screens. Disable all tones and vibrations in the Stryd Zones settings. - *GARMIN POWER* - In the run activity profile settings, turn 'Running Power' to On. - In pbRUN settings, toggle ***USE STRYD POWER*** to OFF. - *GENERAL* - On your watch, go to Run Settings / Data Screen, add a new data screen with 1 Field and set the field to the Connect IQ data field pbRUN Power. - Add pbRUN power to the bottom left data field on the map screen to show power and power gauge on the map (needs to be done on the watch, may not be supported on all watch models). - Access the various pbRUN Power settings through the connectIQ phone app / My Data Fields. - - V2.3 Updates - Added support for devices D2 Mach 2, D2 Mach 2 Pro, fenix 8 Pro, Instinct Crossover AMOLED, Venu 4 41mm, Venu 4 45mm - V2.2 Updates - Fixed occasional app crash - V2.1 Updates - Added selection for free run bottom field - Added option to show metrics, or next step detail, or rotate the display during a lap-press workout step - Removed preview mode - Miscellaneous bug fixes - V2.0 Updates - Power can be displayed as Watts, %FTP or W/Kg. - Current Power or Lap Average Power can be shown at the top. - Added detailed workout step description during a workout (shown during next step summary, and when workout step data field is selected. - Added a preview mode to enable user testing of different settings.
