Heart Rate

Want to know if you're hitting the zone during your walk or intense video game session? This widget will show your current heart rate using the built-in sensor (along with a ring of zones). It'll also show your approximate seven-day average resting heart rate (if supported by your device), and an approximation of the HRV (if supported by your device) based on the heart beat intervals (in milliseconds) which updates every four seconds. A graph shows a full historical set of data for the past several hours, along with the minimum and maximum readings by the watch over this period of time. And if your heart rate reading on the widget ever differs from what you think it should be, then you can adjust this up or down through the Settings. Most, if not all, of these features are controlled through Settings in the ConnectIQ app. Supports 30+ languages.
