SomaVibe Remote brings SomaVibe's calming pulses to your wrist. It is a companion to the SomaVibe app, a somatic tool for calm and focus. During a session, gentle pulses alternate from your phone in one hand to the watch on your other wrist and back, so both sides settle into one steady rhythm. Your Garmin joins in from the very first beat. REQUIRES THE FREE SOMAVIBE APP This is a companion app. Install SomaVibe on your phone, pair your watch, and start a session there — your Garmin then plays the matching pulses. On its own, the watch app only shows connection status. WHAT YOU GET - Wrist Calm: an even pulse crossing hand to wrist to help you settle - Wrist Focus: a brisk hand-to-wrist reset - Wrist Drift: pulses that slow and soften toward sleep - Wrist Anchor: a grounding rhythm when you feel scattered - Live session status and heart rate on your wrist - One press of the Back button ends the session on both devices - A calm, low-distraction screen, nothing to fiddle with mid-session HOW IT WORKS 1. Install SomaVibe on your phone. 2. Pair your Garmin in the app's Settings. 3. Hold your phone in one hand and wear the watch on your other wrist. 4. Start a wrist or Cross-Calm session. The pulses move side to side in an even rhythm. GENTLE BY DESIGN Start softly and raise the intensity slowly to a level that feels comfortable. Use sessions in a calm place where you can rest your attention, not while driving or doing anything that needs focus. Stop any time if a session feels activating rather than settling. SomaVibe Remote does not collect personal data. It simply mirrors the session running on your phone.
