This data field shows the Heart Rate, Pace and Running Cadence as moving graphs. Heart Rate is the main graph, and change color depending on the current Heart Rate Zone. Pace and Cadence are shown as line graphs on top of the HR graph. . The data field is only usable with a 1-field screen layout. Used in other layouts it simply displays an error message. . This version supports user configuration on watches supporting Connect IQ 1.2.1. How to change settings: https://apps.garmin.com/settingsHelp . The following settings are available (Defaults are provided for watches not supporting user settings): - Display HR as % of max HR (Default: On) - Duration of graph in minutes (Default: 15 min) - HR Zone 1 (Default: 111 BPM) - HR Zone 2 (Default: 142 BPM) - HR Zone 3 (Default: 143 BPM) - HR Zone 4 (Default: 160 BPM) - HR Zone 5 (Default: 166 BPM) - HR Max (Default: 194 BPM) .
