About

New: Combo table mode - both increase hold time and decrease rest time with each round New: Free table mode - press start to start the table as usual, use your 'lap' key or tap the screen to start a hold, and tap again to finish and start a rest. There is no countdowns just keeps counting up until you switch modes or press 'start/stop' again to finish the table. New: light/dark mode in other settings. May make it easier to see your countdowns when the screen backlight is off This app will help you train for apnea using your co2 and o2 tables, it is not for diving only training, please read below for full information. Donations are more than welcome! if you like the app and would like to see development continue on it! :) This is a first release, it may look but will include improvements version by version, I use it for training currently and am releasing it hoping it will be helpful to others so am releasing it for free, but I ask that if you do use it you take a short moment to provide me some feedback so we may improve this app to be most useful, please refrain from leaving negative comments in the reviews section but instead use the "email developer" option with any suggestions or feedback that way I can act on it and can reply directly to you for more information if needed :) Currently I am especially interested in any feedback about the interface, what colours it should use (black and white is a bit bland), what other types of table might be useful etc. see below for planned improvements let me know what you think I should add ************This app is for dry training with tables, it must never be used while training in water, and by downloading it you agree that you will only use it to train dry tables and always safely with a buddy.************ set up your tables and go- to record contraction time tap the screen or press lap on the first contraction during each hold phase, you will be able to overlay the holds and contraction periods onto your heart rate graph in garmin connect Settings- Backlight- the backlight can be automatically switched on for the last 10s of each hold/rest Countdown- alert by vibrating at 30s 20s 10s and 5s during rest phase or in both rest and hold phases Sound- also use audible alerts if supported by the watch Save type- breathwork or yoga: breathwork seemed to be the most relevant activity type to save as but garmin connect does not show the contractions in a graph then, saving as type "yoga" allows you to overlay the graph onto your heart rate (click the graph symbol next to heart rate in the second page of the summary then click breathing in the bottom left) you will see your HR graph and a red line showing the rest phase as 0, in the middle for hold phase, and at the top from where you recorded the first contraction. Current plans for improvements in future versions include- auto-recommendation of tables based on max current hold one-breath table mode icon for contractions (currently just shows "db" as it was the closest i could get to a pair of lungs :D ) colour!! circle timer
