About

The original My Day 24, rewritten from scratch for today's watches. Your whole day on a single 24-hour dial: daylight, sleep and heart rate as three rings around the time. SLEEP TRACKING - READ THIS FIRST The face measures sleep by itself, so it must stay on the screen overnight. If your watch switches to a simplified system screen at night, no sleep is recorded. On the watch, go to Settings → System → Display → During Sleep → Watch Face and keep the default. On Fenix watches the same option is under Focus Modes → Sleep. The default sleep settings suit most people, and every sleep option has a short explanation in the settings. WHAT IT SHOWS - Sun ring: your real sunrise and sunset, so one glance tells you how much daylight is left. - Sleep ring: the hours you actually slept, with deep and light sleep in different shades. - Heart-rate ring: the last 24 hours of your heart rate in your own zones, as a histogram, an area or a circle. - In the middle: the digital time, four data fields and a step-goal bar. NEW IN THIS VERSION - Always-on display, safe for AMOLED screens. - Native Garmin data fields: any metric your watch offers. Long-press a field to open its app. - Sunrise and sunset from Garmin weather - no waiting for a GPS fix. - Settings directly on the watch, no phone needed. - Everything is unlocked: no unlock code, no account, no phone app. 12 fonts, five sun palettes, six heart-rate palettes, 0 or 12 at the top of the dial.

What's new

Stability work throughout the face this release: the dial, the settings, the data fields and the overnight sleep tracking. A data field whose complication is not on the watch shows a dash, and the rest of the dial carries on. If no sleep shows up: the face measures sleep by itself, so it must stay on the screen overnight. On the watch, keep Settings → System → Display → During Sleep → Watch Face on the default.
