WHERE TO FIND IT AFTER INSTALL RC Pit Clock is an activity, not a watch face and not a widget. Press the start button on your watch to open the activity list, then scroll down: it sits there with running, cycling and the rest. - RC Pit Clock: nitro fuel strategy & lap timer You are in the pit lane. The driver is on the rostrum. You have a fuel bottle in one hand and one question in your head: when is the car coming in? MEASURE IT, DON'T GUESS IT Run the car, then tell the app how long it ran and what is left in the tank. Out comes the true run time of a full tank. Every strategy rests on that number, and it moves with the weather, the track and every needle setting. PLAN THE STOPS Enter the race length. You get how many stops you need and when they fall. Want four short stints instead of two long ones? Set the number yourself and the intervals follow. THE RACE SCREEN One big countdown to the next stop. A ring around the screen that empties as the tank does. The whole race on one bar: stops done in green, the next one lit. CALL THE CAR IN ON THE RIGHT LAP Vibration builds as the stop nears, then a dedicated last-lap alert worked out from your average lap time. Not one lap too late. WHEN THE PLAN BREAKS Came in a minute late? Splashed after a stall? The app respreads every remaining stop over the time left in the race. Countdown, stop count and bar all move at once. ALSO Best, last and average lap. A stint recap you can read mid-race, not just at the flag. Screen-on mode. A mis-tapped stop undone within 3 seconds. A race in progress survives a battery swap or a crash. Optional activity recording: switch it on and the race lands in Garmin Connect as an Auto Racing session with every lap. 1.3.0 - The clock keeps running after the flag. Press START once the engine is off and the time driven on that tank goes into the range calculator, already filled in. - No press, no measurement: it gives up on its own after two minutes. - The pit summary now carries that last stint, the one ending with the engine rather than a refuel. - RACE comes first on the home screen, on a bigger row. - Fix: a planned pit stop went missing when the range outlasted the race. - Fix: the lap bar could climb back up over the last laps. 1.2.0 - The fenix 6 Pro range is now supported: fenix 6 Pro, 6S Pro and 6X Pro, in their Sapphire, Solar and Dual Power versions, along with the quatix 6, the quatix 6X and the tactix Delta. - The fenix 9 range as well, all of it: 43, 47 and 51 mm, Pro and Pro Solar included. 1.1.5 - New Pro page in a race, one page up from the main one: time to the next pit stop in large type, race time left, and how long the tank still lasts. Nothing else on screen. - Bigger countdown, in a new font size made for that page. - When a pit stop is overdue, the stint keeps counting up in red (+7:31, +7:32), so you read where the stint really is instead of adding up a delay. 1.1.4 - A new buzz two laps before the pit stop. One pulse for two laps, two for the last lap, three to come in now. - The fuel readout stays green, underlined, once the last stop is done. - Going back from the planner returns to the race duration, not to the home screen. 1.1.3 - New Solar theme for memory-in-pixel displays, selected by default on those watches. The other seven themes stay available. - Icons are correctly sized on Forerunner 255 and 255S. - Race screen: the outer ring, the pit call and the countdown now always agree. - Status boxes no longer clip the digits they surround. 1.1.2 - Menu icons are back on watches that cannot scale images, such as vívoactive 5 and Forerunner 165 and 255. - Adaptive pit plan and screen-on are now enabled by default on a fresh install. Both stay switchable in the settings. - "Lap time" is now called "Avg lap time", which is what it has always been. - On the licence screen, the page dots moved to the left edge, matching the race screen. - On two-button watches, the key entry screen no longer points at buttons the watch does not have. 1.1.0 - Now runs on vívoactive 5 and 6, Venu 3 and 3S, and Venu 4. 54 watches supported. - Pages now scroll up and down instead of left and right, and loop around at the end. - Page dots moved to the left edge, so they no longer sit on the finish flag. - Fixed the website address on the About screen.
