ForTraining
· v1.1.3
About
The perfect datafield for my training running sessions and competitions. On the same screen you can find information about the whole running session, the lap and some instant information. Ideal for running sessions with repetitions and other interval running.
The screen is composed of 10 data fields. In the bottom part of the screen in small fonts the status of the battery, the number of laps and the time of the day are shown.
On top the distance "Dist" and the average pace "Avg Pace" of the session are depicted.
In the middle part of the screen information about the Heart Rate "HR" on the left, current pace, "Pace" on the right. The center field can be configured to report the the lap elapsed time "Lap Time" (default) or the total elapsed time "Time".
Below you can see the lap distance "Lap Dist" and the lap pace "Lap Pace".
The horizontal lines change color according to the heart zone: gray for zone1, green for zone2, blue for zone3, orange for zone4 and red for zone5. For the heart zones the application requires access to the user profile. Paces (average, lap and current) and heart rate are computed as moving average over 5 samples/seconds.
By default the application is in black on white colors and in the center field depicts the current lap elapsed time, however by means of the Garmin Connect application is possible to change the default color (white on black or black on white mode) and the elapsed time (Lap elapsed time or Total elapsed time).
The ForTraining datafield is memory optimized and can be use with old Garmin watches as well as the newest one
