About

Calorie Ratio tracks the relationship between the calories you've burned and the calories you've eaten, right on your wrist — no phone required. HOW IT WORKS The main screen shows a ring around your watch face. Red marks your calories burned, blue marks calories eaten. Below 2,300 calories, each fills in independently as you go through the day. Once either one passes 2,300, the ring switches to showing eaten as a share of burned — so if you've eaten half of what you've burned, the ring reads half blue, half red. NAVIGATION - Press SELECT (or tap) on the main ring screen to open the food-logging screen. - Press DOWN or swipe up to move forward: Ring → Food Log → History → back to Ring. - Press UP or swipe down to move backward through the same three screens. LOGGING FOOD - Scroll through +25 / +50 / +100 calorie quick-add cards with UP/DOWN. - Press SELECT on a card to add it to your running total for this session — you can add as many as you like before committing. - Scroll to the green ADD card and press SELECT to save your total to today's log. - Scroll to the gray UNDO card and press SELECT to remove your most recent entry. - Press BACK at any time to discard the session and return without saving. FOOD LOG PAGE Shows your individual logged entries for the day, newest at the bottom, with a running total in the footer. HISTORY PAGE A 7-day bar chart — red shows each day's total burned, blue shows how much of that you ate. GLANCE Swipe through your glances for a compact summary bar showing burned vs. eaten and your remaining calories, without opening the full app. Calories reset to 0 automatically at midnight each day.
