Displays colored background of data field based on current HR.
The app also adds the option to show avg HR on the top left corner and editable title.
This app was inspired by an app from RonV66 https://apps.garmin.com/apps/ce246500-ecc5-4142-b211-dbd599b9a285. I've added a few features that I was missing
