DU8-10c0 Datarun Port for Newer Watches

This a port of DU8-10c0 Datarun for a selection of newer watches. The original developer, Joop Verdoorn, stopped supporting the datafield but kindly made the source code available.

This is a simple port of the existing code aimed at newer watches. The functionality remains the same with the exception of the following; -Moved the field label to the top of the lower 2 data fields for watches with a 454x454 screen resolution. -Fixed a bug in the existing code that would cause the app to crash if selecting Elevation Gain or Loss in place of the clock at the top.
