The Ordnance Survey's triangulation pillars - those iconic concrete columns dotted across the British landscape - were built between 1936 and 1962 to remap Great Britain. Most are still standing, often at panoramic viewpoints, and remain a popular target for outdoor enthusiasts. Some trig pillars may lack a recorded height (these appear at the bottom of the list, sorted alphabetically). The dataset reflects what is currently mapped in OpenStreetMap and may not include every trig pillar in existence.
