About

Browse over 2,000 OS triangulation pillars across the counties of England. Each county shows its trig points sorted by summit height. Select any trig to see live distance, bearing, and altitude difference from your current location. Tap NAVIGATE to enter a guided summit run: a heading-relative arrow points the direction you need to turn, with live distance and altitude readouts updating as you walk. The watch vibrates and shows "Arrived!" when you're within 50m of the summit. Built for walkers, fell-baggers, and anyone who loves discovering historic landmarks. The Ordnance Survey's triangulation pillars - those iconic concrete columns dotted across the British landscape - were built between 1936 and 1962 to remap Great Britain. Most are still standing, often at panoramic viewpoints, and remain a popular target for outdoor enthusiasts. FEATURES - Browse 47 ceremonial counties of England - 2,000+ trig points sorted by summit height (highest first) - Live distance, bearing, and altitude difference from your position - Heading-relative navigation arrow that points where to turn - Vibrate alert and "Arrived!" banner when you reach the summit (within 50m) - Works offline once installed - no phone required - All trig data stored on the watch DATA Trig point locations and summit heights are sourced from OpenStreetMap (man_made=survey_point) under the Open Database License. County boundaries are based on the ceremonial counties of England as defined by the Lieutenancies Act 1997. Note: Coverage and height data quality varies by county. Some trig pillars may lack a recorded height (these appear at the bottom of the list, sorted alphabetically). The dataset reflects what is currently mapped in OpenStreetMap and may not include every trig pillar in existence.
