5 stars or a nice review, they are very useful, THANK YOU!
You will find more instructions on the website:

The purpose of the app is to try to detect any anomalies in the resting beats (e.g. arrhythmia, arrhythmias).
The optical reader of the watch does not guarantee the detection of anomalies.
We recommend a heart rate monitor (e.g. HRM Pro, Polar H7, Polar H10, etc.), with which you can detect any anomalies even while carrying out normal daily activities.
NOTE: this app manages the heart rate sensor dynamically and therefore has a rather high battery consumption, which is reduced by using the heart rate monitor.
Recommended time for each session: 2 hours.
During the analysis, try not to do activities or efforts that significantly alter the heart rate.
INSTRUCTIONS

If the optical reader is used and not the heart rate monitor, in the event of a significant movement of the arm, no data is stored but only zero data (problem due to Garmin watch).
Note: For the Instinct2 series and any other single-color smartwatches, DO NOT change the initial color settings.
