About

HueController A GarminIQ App for garmin-wearable-devices allowing to connect to a Philips Hue Bridge in the same network. Retrieves all informations of installed hue-bulbs and enables various actions on them like switching on/off, dimming and starting a colorLoop. The watch must be connected via bluetooth with an IPhone or an android phone. 1) Configuring the Bridge --------------------------------------------- a) Install the Widget in your wearable device and start it. b) a message will appear reporting, that no hue Bridge is configured c) press the select button d) a message will appear reporting that a Hue Bridge is found in your network e) Press the LINK Button on your Hue Bridge and press the select button on your device f) a message will appear reporting that the connction to your Hue Bridge is established and now configured in your device If something went wrong , check your bluetooth connection to your phone and make sure your phone can connect to the Hue Bridge and try again. A manual connectmode will released later, stay tuned! 2) Playing with your lights ---------------------------------------------------------- The bulbs configured in your Hue Bridge will appear after you start the widget again. You can select your bulbs and you can execute several actions on them, like : switching on/off, setting several dimmingstates and switching on or off a colorloop. A red circle beneath a bulbname is indicating that the bulb is configured within your Hue Bridge but not reachable in the moment A green circle beneath a bulbname is indicating that the bulb is reachable for commands but switched to off. A white circle beneath a bulbname is indicating that the bulb is set to on, the orange arc araound the display shows how bright it is. A grey circle beneath a bulbname is indicating that the bulb's state is just receiving from the Hue Bridge (mainly after starting the widget) If something is not working, please contact me. The widget is in an early state of development and needs further improvements for sure. As I don't have all of the wearable devices and just my Hue Bridge in my environment bugs and unusual behaviour of the app may occur in your environment.
