Instructions for Use:
You can record your HRV at any time, but for the best results and to track your progress throughout the week, it’s best to record at night.
1. When you go to sleep, open the app and press Start to begin recording your HRV.
2. When you wake up in the morning, press Start again to stop the recording.
3. The app will then display your stats.
Over time, it learns from your data, adjusts your baseline, and graphs your weekly progress.

What is HRV?
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the measurement of the tiny variations in time between your heartbeats. It is a key metric used by sports scientists to measure the balance between the two branches of your autonomic nervous system (stress vs. rest).
What to aim for:
The goal is not to have the highest HRV score, but rather to see a stable or gradually rising trend over several weeks, which indicates better overall health and resilience.
