About
Track your average effort for the current lap in real-time! This data
field calculates mean effort using the proven formula: (lap distance in km
+ lap ascent/100) ÷ lap time in hours, focusing specifically on your active
lap's average performance.
Perfect for:

How it works:
The field automatically resets when you press the LAP button and begins
calculating the mean effort for the new lap. It combines your lap's
distance and elevation gain to calculate total effort, then divides by
lap duration to give you a comprehensive view of your current lap's
sustained intensity.
