# Changelog ## v0.11.6 — 2026-09-08 **Fitness, fatigue and form on your watch face.** The app publishes a single complication named "Intervals data" whose value is all three numbers in one string — `31/15/+16`, or `31/15/+52%` when "Form as %" is on. Add it to any watch face that supports Connect IQ complications, or to Face It. - Whole numbers, matching the app's own pages, so a complication never disagrees with the app or the intervals.icu website. - Refreshed by the background sync as well as on app launch, so the face stays current between opens. **No extra API requests** — it only reads the cache the sync already keeps. - One complication rather than one per metric: a watch's picker only offers the first complication an app declares, so a single string carrying all three is worth more than three values that cannot be chosen. **Fenix 9 support** — all seven variants (43mm, 47mm/51mm, Pro 43/47/51mm, Pro Solar 47/51mm), taking the app to 66 device IDs. All round and glance-capable; the Pro Solar models are MIP at 260×260 and 280×280, the same geometry as the already-supported Fenix 7 and 7X. Versions 0.11.0-0.11.5 were withdrawn beta experiments that published three separate complications; only the first was ever selectable on the watch. They never reached production. ##v0.10.0 — 2026-08.11 Much lighter on the intervals.icu API (about 10x fewer requests), which keeps the app comfortably inside the service's limits as more people use it. Syncs now happen when your data actually changes — after waking and after activities — rather than every hour, so figures update at least as promptly as before. Charts load 30 days of history up front and fetch more only if you zoom out.
