StarCalc Live
· v2.5.0
About
This is actually my StarCalc app in form of a widget, with a lot less functionality. It tracks only Sun and Moon, but as its widget not app, you can use it while recording activity.
The only other difference is that change date button actually refreshes time, so you can track movement of Sun and Moon almost "live" (depending how often you click the button).
Glance options:
First Line:
You can have day/night percentage and Moon illumination percentage instead of sunrise and sunset (if you have these on your main watchface, why double the data)
Second Line:
You can see only the future moonrise and moonset. For example if today moonrise is 0800 and moonset is 1600, then at 1700, the glance will present tomorrow moonrise and moonset so for example '0830 and '1630. The " ' " symbol means this is tomorrow moonrise/moonset.
Third Line:
By default you have sidereal time (*), solar time (S) and local time (L). You can set this line to be showing AM and Sun Intenstiy + Local Time. You can choose to have these atmospheric data caltulated either at your altitude (taken from altitude that you have set in ABC), or at sea level. If you choose option with "Auto" suffix, this will also be true, but at night the third line goes back to sidereal, solar and local time (as sun is below horizon, the AM and intentisty have no sense)
What's new
v.2.5.0
-SDK update/fixes
v.2.4.2
-fixes
v.2.4.1
-fixed app crashing
v.2.4.0
-added Air Mass separate card
-fixed calculation of current day/night percentage
-removed automatic refreshing mode
-small quality updates
-removed saving location in between restarting the watch
Because garmin damaged something (on some models, for example 3 solar), when you restart watch and use custom app that relies on last location, the app wouldn't work unless you used your gps to get current location.
Just remember to use GPS once after restarting watch!
v.2.3.3
-fixed glance showing data for coordinates 0.0, 0.0 when resetting watch without using gps
-fixed glance incorrect formatting of full moon phase
v.2.3.2
-fixed Sun/Moon azimuth/altitude not refreshing when changing date
v.2.3.1
-fixed location resetting after reboot (only works inside of the app, the glance still calculates data for coordinates 0.0/0.0 by default
v.2.3.0
-refactored so glance should work faster
-added air mass (AM) and Sun intensity(γ) to Sun Advanced Cards
-added glance Third Line options
v.2.2.2
-fixed edge case that crashed the "only future moons glance"
v.2.2.1
-added glance Second Line options
v.2.2.0

-added glance First Line options
v2.1.1

-added leading zeros for coordinates to be always output
-updated widget to also output sun/moon rise/set
-added possibilty to cycle days forward and backward (use menu)
v2.0.2

v2.0.1
-fixed azimuth formatting on sun advanced info page
v2.0.0
-massive refactor, mainly keeping this in line with "StarCalc" for easier maintenance.
v1.0.5
-fixed day/night ratios incorrectly recognizing polar night as polar day
-Added information on how much of day/night have passed at the moment ("D: 25.0%" means that a quarter of daylight time from sunrise to sunset have passed. "N: 50.0%" would mean its solar midnight - exactly between sunset and sunrise. If it is polar day/night it would say "D: Polar"/"N: Polar")
v.1.0.4
-updated widget to now show local sidereal time (as *), local solar time (as S) and local time (as L).
v.1.0.3
-Local sidereal time (L*T) will now be displayed in hour format on Moon information panel (its still in angular form on Sun panel though
v.1.0.2
-updated glance data to also show Moon spearation and Illumination %
v1.0.1
-glance now shows azimuth and altitude for Sun and Moon
