Record your workout straight from your Garmin watch and find it automatically
in the SCM app .
How it works:
1. SCM app (phone) → Record → Connect my Garmin watch → a code appears.
2. In the SCM app settings on the watch, paste the code (once).
3. Start your session: START to begin, STOP to finish.
4. On stop, the session (duration, distance, elevation, heart rate) is sent
automatically to SCM.
