About

Hyrox Tracker is a dedicated race timer for the Hyrox format: 8 rounds of 1 km running + 1 functional station. It is designed to be operated mid-race with a single tap or button press, with no menus to navigate. The full activity is automatically saved to Garmin Connect, and distance tracking works indoors thanks to wrist-based stride detection. WHAT IT DOES • Times each of the 8 running legs and 8 stations separately • Background tint changes between RUN and STATION so you always know what to do at a glance • Keeps live totals: overall race time, total run time, total station time • Tracks distance indoors and outdoors — uses GPS outdoors and wrist-based stride detection inside Hyrox arenas • Shows per-leg distance ("Leg 0.45 / 1.00 km") and accumulated race kilometers progressing toward the 8 km target • Shows a final summary with all 16 splits (8 run + 8 station) • Saves the full activity as a FIT file called "Hyrox" with all 16 transitions marked as laps in Garmin Connect THE 8 STATIONS (official Hyrox order) 1. Ski Erg — 1000 m 2. Sled Push — 50 m 3. Sled Pull — 50 m 4. Burpee Broad Jump — 80 m 5. Rowing — 1000 m 6. Farmers Carry — 200 m 7. Sandbag Lunges — 100 m 8. Wall Balls — 100 reps (Open Men) / 75 reps (Open Women), shown on screen as "M:100 F:75" HOW TO USE IT (mid-race, one-button operation) 1. START — On the home screen, TAP the screen (or press START/SELECT). The first running leg timer begins immediately and the FIT recording starts. 2. ENTER A STATION — When you arrive at the station, TAP / press START. The 1 km split is saved and a lap is marked. The screen background turns warm brown and shows the upcoming station name and its distance/reps. 3. LEAVE A STATION — When you finish the exercise, TAP / press START again. The station split is saved and the next 1 km timer begins. The round counter advances automatically (1 → ... → 8). 4. RACE FINISH — After you tap to end the 8th station (Wall Balls), the green "HYROX DONE" summary appears. The FIT file is closed and saved to Garmin Connect with your full track, heart rate and 16 lap splits. 5. REVIEW YOUR SPLITS — On the summary, TAP (or use UP / DOWN) to switch between totals page and the splits table. 6. ABORT MID-RACE — Press BACK twice within 3 seconds to discard the workout. The first BACK shows a red "PRESS BACK TO ABORT" warning. The persistent "BACK x2 = QUIT" hint at the top of every active screen reminds you how to exit. 7. EXIT THE APP — Press BACK from the summary to close the app — your FIT file is already saved. PRIVACY & ANALYTICS This app sends anonymous usage events (app opens, race starts, race completions, race aborts) to help the developer understand usage and improve the app. Events are stored locally on the watch during the race and sent later when the watch reconnects. No personal data, GPS tracks, heart rate or split times are ever sent. Each install is identified only by a randomly generated 8-character ID that cannot be linked back to you. IMPORTANT NOTES • There is no pause function — a Hyrox race is non-stop by design. • If the app is closed mid-race, the splits completed so far are saved as a partial FIT activity in Garmin Connect. • Station names are kept in English (official Hyrox terminology) on every locale. By RunLabs.

What's new

• English is now the default language. If your watch language isn't supported yet, the app shows English instead of Spanish. • Fixed the Wall Balls rep count: it's 100 reps for all divisions, women included. Thanks to everyone who reported this! • Aborting a race is now easier: the confirmation lasts longer and clearly says a second BACK press is needed. Tapping the screen now just dismisses the prompt instead of advancing your station.
