About

Control your Bryton Gardia Radar's app only light features — all 6 light modes, vehicle flash, brake light — from your BLE enabled Edge screen. The datascreen includes pre-set vehicle flash off (peloton) mode for group rides. Instructions for installation: - Download and install Gardia Light Control app - Add a new datascreen, navigate to Connect IQ, select the app, select the screen that displays 1 datafield - Disconnect/delete Gardia's light control ANT+ connection from your Edge (keep the ANT+ radar connection as that is required to display oncoming vehicles on your head unit) - Turn your light on - Navigate to the datafield - Wait for the BLE connection to establish (Once initiated you can navigate away from the screen in the meantime). Cold connection can take up to 60s initially and stays persistent throughout the ride. - Once connected, the battery level is displayed on the top and you are ready to control the radar's light features - Navigate away from the datascreen and back anytime to change the light settings on the fly - as you would through the the Bryton phone app Non-touchscreen devices: - Press MENU → WIDGETS/CONTROLS → Connect IQ Data Fields → Gardia Light Control → ENTER - Scroll with UP and DOWN, press ENTER to select light mode - Once selected, the light mode changes immediately. Press BACK to navigate to the datafield - The datafield will always display the connection status, battery % and the current light mode NOTE: the preset Peloton mode works on both touchscreen and non-touchscreen devices. IMPORTANT: non-touchscreen devices have not been tested but designed for in a sandbox. Please do not leave a poor review but get in touch with me to provide details of the errors and fix any issues. Feedback and bug reports are welcome: [email protected] If you find this app helpful, you can buy me a flat white. Thank you. https://buymeacoffee.com/kzkvh2
