It is designed for interval training . The pulse Zones are Configurable . You can Swich ON or OFF the acoustic sound between changing areas The display shows you the current pulse zone and also the max and min pulsations for this Zone. A crono time of this Zone are automatic reset when you change Zone. You can select a filter time in seconds for delay change time Zone.
